Countdown to Crowning of Next American Idol Continues; Final Four Contestants Will Compete Tuesday, May 10, on FOX
The No. 1 series on television continued its phenomenal season Tuesday night when the remaining five AMERICAN IDOL finalists performed hits by legendary songwriters Leiber and Stoller and songs from this week's Top 40 charts. America voted to determine who will remain in contention for the AMERICAN IDOL crown, and on last night's results show, Scott Savol was eliminated from the competition. Savol, from Shaker Heights, OH, sang "On Broadway" and "Every Time You Go Away" on Tuesday.
Next week, the excitement builds when the Final Four � Bo Bice, Anthony Fedorov, Vonzell Solomon and Carrie Underwood � compete head to head on the live AMERICAN IDOL performance show Tuesday, May 10 (8:00-9:00 PM live ET/tape-delayed PT).
Tune in the following night to find out who America has chosen to stay and who is sent home on the live results show Wednesday, May 11 (9:00-9:30 PM live ET/tape-delayed PT) on FOX.
