Exclusive: NBC to Begin Six Comedy Lineup Early Via Repeats

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC will pave the way to its six comedy lineup on Thursday nights with back-to-back repeats of "The Office" in the 10:00/9:00c hour beginning December 16, sources at the network have confirmed to the site exclusively.
Yesterday the Peacock announced "Community," "Perfect Couples," "The Office," "Parks & Recreation," "30 Rock" and "Outsourced" would comprise its Thursday lineup beginning January 20.
And with the current season of "The Apprentice" signing off on December 9, the additional "Office" airings will bridge the five-week gap (December 16-January 13) until the aforementioned schedule change.
Meanwhile, NBC quietly revealed yesterday that repeats of "Minute to Win It" are set for Fridays at 8:00/7:00c effective December 10. Said airings will likewise fill the network's void in the hour until "Who Do You Think You Are?" returns on January 21, save for the previously announced airing of "It's a Wonderful Life" on December 24.
Current Friday, 8:00/7:00c occupant "School Pride" wraps its run on November 26 while "A Walk In My Shoes," the latest in the Walmart and Procter & Gamble's "Family Movie Night" franchise, is booked for December 3.
