BABYSELLERS (Lifetime, New!) - Kirstie Alley and Jennifer Finnigan are set to topline a new original movie at the cable channel about "the dark international crime enterprise of infant trafficking under the guise of seemingly regulated adoption." Alley will play Carla Hughes, "a well-respected, influential owner of a major U.S.-based adoption agency that helps prospective parents fulfill their dream of having a family"; while Finnigan is set as Nic Kingman, "the dedicated, tough-as-nails ICE agent who believes Hughes is fueling a global business that stops at nothing to find the right child for the right owner." Nick Willing is directing the project from a script by Suzette Couture with Robert Halmi, Sr. and Reunion Pictures' Mathew O'Connor executive producing. (Deadline.com)


SONS OF LIBERTY (History, New!) - Stephen David Entertainment ("The Men Who Built America") is developing a potential mini-series at the network about "a defiant and radical group of young men - including Samuel Adams, John Hancock, John Adams, Paul Revere, Patrick Henry and Benedict Arnold - as they band together in secrecy to change the course of history and make America a nation."
