"DWTS the Results Show" Catapults Over its Lead-in by 10.2 Million Viewers and By 131% in Adults 18-49 to Finish a Strong Second Against an "Idol"-Fueled "House"

"Dancing with the Stars the Results Show" Attracts 11.5 Million More Viewers and 208% More Adults 18-49 to the Time Period for ABC than the Same Night Last Year

ABC's "Boston Legal" Earns Second at 10pm in Viewers and Young Adults, Generating its Biggest Audience in 4 Months and its Best Women 18-34 Number Since September

"Dancing with the Stars the Results Show" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Launching from its lead-in by 10.2 million viewers (14.7 million vs. 4.5 million) and by 131% among young adults (3.7/9 vs. 1.6/4) against Fox's "American Idol"-fueled "House" in the 9 o'clock hour, ABC's "Dancing with the Stars the Results Show" posted a strong second-place finish in its time period in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. Although CBS had a decided lead-in advantage coming into the time slot, "DWTS the Results Show" moved ahead of third-place CBS in the hour by 4.8 million viewers and by 28% in Adults 18-49 ("The Unit" (R) = 9.9 million & 2.9/7). Miss USA 2004, Shandi Finnessey, was the second celebrity dancer to be eliminated from the ABC dance competition. From start to finish, the ABC unscripted program gained 1.1 million viewers (14.1 million to 15.2 million) and 11% among Adults 18-49 (3.5/9 to 3.9/10).

� "DWTS the Results Show" improved the hour for ABC by 11.5 million viewers and by 208% in Adults 18-49 (3.2 million & 1.2/3 in AD18-49 on 4/4/06).

"Boston Legal" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC's "Boston Legal" delivered a solid second place during the 10 o'clock hour among Total Viewers (10.1 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.7/7).

� "Boston Legal" attracted its largest audience in 4 months and its top Adult 18-49 number since February � since 12/5/06 and 2/13/07, respectively. In the hour, the ABC legal drama posted its strongest Women 18-34 number (2.5/7) in over 6 months, its second-highest rating this season, behind only the season opener on 9/19/06.
