"SHADES" WINS AT 10, MAKING IT NBC'S FIRST IN-SEASON REGULAR ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAMMING TO BEAT THE SLOT'S ORIGINAL ABC-CBS COMPETITION IN NEARLY SIX YEARS IN 18-49, NEARLY EIGHT YEARS IN TOTAL VIEWERS

"BLACKLIST" CAPTURES ITS TOP NUMBERS SINCE THE SHOW'S SEASON PREMIERE

NBC JUMPS +36% VS. ITS PREVIOUS REGULAR-SCHEDULE THURSDAY

Thursday Primetime Results:

NBC jumps +36% versus it prior night of regular Thursday originals seven weeks ago in 18-49 (1.5 vs. 1.1 on Nov. 19). That 1.5 is the top rating for an NBC regularly schedule Thursday since Oct. 1 (also a 1.5).

Estimates After 7 Days of Time-Shifting and Alt-Platform Viewing: Blacklist, 3.1; Heroes Reborn, 2.2.

The debut of "Shades of Blue" (1.8/6 in 18-49, 8.6 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Wins the slot among ABC, CBS and NBC in 18-49, total viewers and all other key measures.

· Is the first in-season NBC regular entertainment programming to win Thursday at 10 in 18-49 versus original ABC and CBS competition in nearly six years (since March 4, 2010 with "The Marriage Ref," 3.5; beating CBS's "Mentalist," 3.2; and ABC's "Private Practice," 2.7)

· Is the first in-season NBC regular programming to win Thursday at 10 versus original ABC and CBS competition in total viewers in nearly eight years, since March 27, 2008 (with "The Apprentice," 12.2 million; topping NCAA Basketball on CBS, 9.4 million; and "Eli Stone" on ABC, 6.5 million).

· Captures NBC's top rating in the slot with in-season regular programming in nearly four years (since March 1, 2012, "Awake," 2.0).

· Is NBC's most-watched in-season regular programming in the slot in nearly seven years (since April 16, 2009, "Southland," 9.6 million).

· Grows +13 versus its "Blacklist" lead-in (1.8 vs. 1.6).

· Is up +64% versus NBC's season average in the slot (1.8 vs. 1.1, L+SD non-sports).

· Is NBC's top Thursday drama debut in 18-49 in nearly four years (since March 1, 2012, "Awake," 2.0), topping NBC's prior seven Thursday drama premieres (excludes the return of "Heroes").

· Is NBC's most-watched Thursday debut in nearly seven years (since April 9, 2009, "Southland," 9.9 million).

· Retains 100% of its 18-49 rating from half-hour to half-hour despite the 10 p.m. time period.

"The Blacklist" (1.6/5 in 18-49, 7.4 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Captures its highest 18-49 and total-viewer results since the show's season premiere (1.8 in 18-49, 7.8 million viewers overall on Oct. 1).

· Grows +7% versus the show's prior original seven weeks ago (1.5 on Nov. 19).

· Ranks #2 or tied for #2 among the Big 4 networks in the time period in men 18-49 and adults, men and women 18-34..

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms -- "The Blacklist" has grown by +100% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.49 to a 2.98) and more than 4.9 million viewers overall (6.9 million to 11.9 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· Upscale: "Blacklist" is generating a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 155 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

"Heroes Reborn" (1.0/4 in 18-49, 3.7 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· With its first telecast in seven week, finishes within 0.1 of a point of its previous telecast in 18-49 (1.0 vs. 1.1 on Nov. 19) and grows in total viewers (3.729 million vs. 3.719 million).

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms: "Heroes Reborn" has increased by +76% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.35 to a 2.38) and more than 2.2 million viewers overall (4.5 million to 6.7 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.9/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.0/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/4.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
