FOX's 'Arrested' Tops TCA Award Nominations

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- FOX's "Arrested Development" will be the show to beat when the 2004 TV Critics Association Awards are handed out next month.

The freshman comedy was nominated five times giving FOX an impressive nine nominations overall. HBO however was the top nominee with 14 nods thanks to "The Sopranos," "Deadwood" and "Angels in America."

The awards themselves will be handed out Saturday, July 17 at the Westin Century Plaza Hotel with Bill Maher opening the proceedings. Here's a breakdown of all the nominees:
