BRAVO EMBARKS ON THE MOST AGGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT SLATE IN THE NETWORK'S 25 YEAR HISTORY

INKS DEAL FOR SIX NEW PILOT ORDERS AS PART OF MAJOR NON-SCRIPTED DEVELOPMENT SLATE

NEW YORK - December 5, 2005 - Bravo has ordered six new pilots in what will be the start of the network's most aggressive development slate in its twenty-five year history. The new pilots offer a range of genres, all bringing a definitive, unique voice and perspective to popular culture. Pilots range from a comedic news broadcast, a topical pop culture talk show, as well as shows that explore and deconstruct the lives of young ex-divorcees to couples who leave life decisions to the roll of the dice. The announcement was made today by Frances Berwick, SVP, Programming and Production, Bravo.

"These pilots represent Bravo's ongoing commitment to developing programming that redefines our ideas about culture, pop culture and celebrity with talked-about shows and breakout personalities," said Amy Introcaso-Davis, Vice President, Development and Production. "This diverse lineup combines documentary, produced reality and talk formats."

Pilots that have been ordered by Bravo include:

"Surprise!"

Famous New York City caterer Laurence Craig selects one lucky guest of honor for whom he will plan, design and throw an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime surprise party, which will focus on a non-traditional rite of passage. "Surprise!" will be produced by Douglas Ross and Kathleen French of Evolution Film & Tape ("Fear Factor," "Boy Meets Boy"), in conjunction with Becky Smith ("Gay Weddings," "Queer Eye").

"Fresh Start" (working title)

"Fresh Start" is a groundbreaking new series that gives individuals the chance to start their lives anew with a little help from a simple roll of the dice. Dice is the ultimate game of chance and for those willing to put their lives in the fickle hands of fate, life could change in an instant for the better...or worse. "Fresh Start" will be produced by RJ Cutler for Actual Reality ("American Candidate," "30 Days") and Jared Tobman (American Cadidate," "The Amazing Race").

"This Evening with These People"

This unique new comedic format follows the everyday life of one typical American family and uses it as the basis for a nightly newscast. Our anchors will report on anything and everything that happens in the lives of our family including fights between siblings, the daily dog walks and family dinners. This is a first of its kind show that shows us that everyone's lives are truly newsworthy. "This Evening with These People" will be produced by Stick Figure Productions ("Family Bonds," "Amish in the City").

"Ex Wives Club" (working title)

"Ex Wives Club" is a docu-soap following six high-end divorcees who meet for regular support groups. The "Ex-Wives Club" provides a look into the glamorous lifestyles of rich young divorcees and follows them as they attempt to use money to reclaim their happiness. "Ex Wives Club" will be produced by Chris Weber ("You've Got a Friend," "Masterpiece Theatre") for Tiger Aspect Productions.

"War of the Wives"

In "War of the Wives" two husbands, who are both experts in their creative field, compete head-to-head to train their spouses in the skill that made them famous. "War of the Wives" will be produced by Steve Mayer for IMG ("Battle of the Network Reality Stars," "Race to the Alter") and David Snyder ("Project Jay").

"Dishing"

This weekly talk show tackles up-to-the-minute pop culture, stand-out entertainment moments of the week and a mirthful response to current events that you won't want to miss, from a sharp, savvy, smart perspective. The show will also feature special guest stars, clips, and ever rolling dialogue. "Dishing" will be produced by Bryan Scott and Marcia Mul? for Picture This Television ("Celebrity Poker Showdown," "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List")
