FOX Broadcasting Company Announces Promotions in Current Programming Department
Beth Miyares, James Oh, Monique Nash and Xenia Lok have all been upped at the network.

FOX BROADCASTING COMPANY ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS IN CURRENT PROGRAMMING DEPARTMENT

BETH MIYARES RAISED TO VICE PRESIDENT, JAMES OH UPPED TO DIRECTOR, MONIQUE NASH AND XENIA LOK NOW MANAGERS, LEE HOLLIN PROMOTED TO COORDINATOR

Beth Miyares has been promoted to Vice President, Current Programming for the Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX); it was announced by Marcy Ross, Executive Vice President, Current Programming, to whom she will report. In addition, Ms. Ross announced several other promotions � James Oh is now a Director in the department; Monique Nash and Xenia Lok have been raised from Coordinator to Manager; and Lee Hollin will now serve as the Current Department's Coordinator.

"Beth has done an outstanding job in the three years she's been with FOX," said Ms. Ross. "She's earned the trust of our showrunners, and has demonstrated a �get it done' attitude with every assignment she's been given. She has been involved with some of FOX's most successful shows, and this promotion is well-deserved."

Ms. Ross went on to acknowledge her other staff promotions. "James Oh is a bright light at the network. After spending several years in our Audience Research department, he moved into programming and demonstrated a real skill for working with producers and show staff. Monique and Xenia have come up through the ranks and are ready to take on additional show responsibilities with Lee assisting them as they segue into their new roles."

Ms. Miyares most recently served as Director in the Current Department, with day-to-day responsibility for such shows as PRISON BREAK, �TIL DEATH, BACK TO YOU and CANTERBURY'S LAW. Prior to joining FOX in 2005, she was Director,

Current Programs at UPN, where she was responsible for all areas of episodic development and production. She also coordinated efforts of other departments, including casting, scheduling, publicity, marketing and promotions, and identified writer and director candidates for staffing.

Prior to joining UPN in 2003, Ms. Miyares spent two years at First Move Entertainment as Manager of Development. She is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.

Mr. Oh spent three years (2003-2006) as Director of Audience Research and Program Research for FOX before becoming Manager of Current Programming in June 2006. He has assisted in the production of such series as BONES, THE SIMPSONS, KING OF THE HILL, COPS and AMERICA'S MOST WANTED. He also was responsible for the network's late-night offerings, MADtv and TALKSHOW WITH SPIKE FERESTEN. Mr. Oh is a graduate of the University of Illinois.

Ms. Nash was a coordinator in Current Programming from 2006 � 2008, and first joined the network in 2004 as an assistant to Ms. Ross. Previously she was an assistant at Creative Artists Agency. Ms. Nash is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Ms. Lok was a coordinator in Drama Development from 2006-2008 after originally joining the network as the assistant to the executive vice president of programming in 2003. Previously she worked as a web producer for WTVJ, the NBC affiliate in Miami. Ms. Lok is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

Until recently, Mr. Hollin was Ms. Ross' assistant. He has a bachelor's degree in Theater from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in Entertainment Industry Management from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
