Two-Night Season 12 Finale Airs Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16

All good things come in threes, and tonight more so than ever! AMERICAN IDOL revealed that the Top 3 finalists are Candice Glover, Kree Harrison and Angie Miller. In a surprising twist unveiled last week, votes were combined from the Wednesday night performance shows on April 24 and May 1 in a special AMERICAN IDOL two-week showdown. Host Ryan Seacrest revealed that Holcomb, 19, received the least number of votes for those two weeks and was sent home.

IDOL's Top 3 finalists will head home for a special homecoming this weekend. Upon hearing the news, each of the singers revealed what they're most looking forward to:

Candice: "I'm mostly looking forward to seeing firsthand what the support has been like at home, because I hear about it all the time. It would mean the world to make the Top 3, because that means everything I've worked for is finally falling into place."

Kree: "What I'm looking forward to most is being able to celebrate with my friends and family in my hometown and being able to hug each of them to thank them for supporting me."

Angie: "Making the Top 3 means everything to me! I can't wait to meet everyone who has supported me and got me this far in the competition."

Each finalist will sing three songs: "Judges' Choice"; "Jimmy's Choice"; and "IDOL's Choice."

Don't miss the live results show the following night, Thursday, May 9 (8:00-9:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), when the final two divas remaining on IDOL will be revealed.
