THE CRAZY ONES (CBS/20th; W: David E. Kelley; D: Jason Winer) - The single-camera comedy - about the brilliant, but slightly out of his mind, head of an advertising agency (Robin Williams) and his daughter/creative director (Sarah Michelle Gellar) who's tasked with keeping him in check - has landed a series order at the Eye. Amanda Setton, Hamish Linklater and James Wolk also star. (Deadline.com)


HOSTAGES (CBS/Warner Bros.; W/D: Jeffrey Nachmanoff) - The Jerry Bruckheimer-produced drama - about Ellen Sanders (Toni Collette), a successful surgeon who is selected to operate on the President (James Naughton), only to be told she must kill him after her family is taken hostage - is heading to series at the Eye. The cast also includes Billy Brown, Dylan McDermott, Mateus Ward, Quinn Shephard, Rhys Coiro, Sandrine Holt, Tate Donovan and Toni Collette. Said hour is based on the Israeli format created by Alon Aranya, Omri Givon and Rotem Shamir. (Deadline.com)


INTELLIGENCE (CBS/ABC Studios/CTS; W: Michael Seitzman; D: David Semel) - The Josh Holloway-led hour - about the U.S. Cyber Command and its key agent (Holloway) who has a microchip implanted in his brain that allows him to access the entire electromagnetic spectrum - has likewise scored a series commitment. Also starring are James Martinez, John Billingsley, Marg Helgenberger, Meghan Ory, Michael Rady and P.J. Byrne while Rene Echevarria and Tripp Vinson are among the executive producers. THE MILLERS (A.K.A. THE UNAUTHORIZED GREG GARCIA PILOT) (CBS/CTS; W: Greg Garcia; D: James Burrows) - The Will Arnett-led comedy - about a recently divorced TV reporter whose life is complicated when his parents (Margo Martindale, Beau Bridges) have marital problems of their own - is also on tap at the network next season. J.B. Smoove, Mary Elizabeth Ellis and Michael Rapaport also star in the multi-camera project. (Deadline.com)


MOM (CBS/Warner Bros.; W: Chuck Lorre, Eddie Gorodetsky & Gemma Baker; D: Pamela Fryman) - As expected, the Chuck Lorre-produced half-hour has been picked up to series by the Eye. Anna Faris stars in the multi-camera project as Christy, a newly sober single mom who tries to pull her life together as a waitress in Napa Valley. The ensemble also includes Allison Janney, Blake Garrett Rosenthal, French Stewart, Matt Jones, Nate Corddry, Sadie Calvano and Spencer Daniels. (Deadline.com)


WE ARE MEN (A.K.A. EX MEN) (CBS/CTS; W/D: Rob Greenberg) - Rob Greenberg's long-in-the-works comedy has landed a series order from the Eye. The single-camera project revolves around a twentysomething guy (Chris Smith), who finds camaraderie living among three more experienced men (Jerry O'Connell, Kal Penn and Tony Shalhoub) he meets in a short-term rental complex. Rebecca Breeds also stars. (Deadline.com)
