THE COUNTDOWN TO THE "IDOL" FINALE CONTINUES!

Clark Beckham, Nick Fradiani, Jax, Tyanna Jones and Rayvon Owen Make it to the Top Five and to the IDOL Tour!

IDOL Judge Harry Connick, Jr. to Perform and Top Four Finalists Announced Wednesday, April 29, on FOX

AMERICAN IDOL XIV Winner Will Record the Official Anthem for FOX Sports' Coverage of FIFA Women's World Cup 2015(TM)

With only three weeks until the finale, the pressure is on! Tonight, host Ryan Seacrest revealed the AMERICAN IDOL XIV Top Five finalists - Clark Beckham, Nick Fradiani, Jax, Tyanna Jones and Rayvon Owen - who are moving on in the competition and will also be on tour this summer with the "American Idol Live!" U.S. concert tour. Quentin Alexander and Rayvon Owen were in the bottom two and America had the chance to save one of them with the IDOL Fan Save via Twitter. Owen received the most votes from the IDOL Fan Save and therefore continues in the competition, while Alexander, from New Orleans, LA, was eliminated.

In addition, U.S. Women's National Soccer Team stars Abby Wambach and Alex Morgan announced that the AMERICAN IDOL XIV winner will have the added honor of recording the official anthem for FOX Sports' coverage of FIFA WOMEN'S WORLD CUP 2015(TM). In addition to recording the anthem, a music video is also planned, featuring the IDOL winner performing the song, which FOX Sports plans to feature leading up to and throughout the month-long tournament as the U.S. takes on the world this summer.

Next week, as the countdown continues, the finalists will perform two songs - one connected to the judges' hometowns, and the other a song that defines their "soul." Tune in Wednesday, April 29 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) to see which finalists make it to the Top Four and catch IDOL judge Harry Connick, Jr. perform "City Beneath the Sea."

Tickets are currently on sale for the "American Idol Live!" U.S. concert tour. The tour launches Tuesday, July 7 in Clearwater, FL, and stops in major cities, including New York, Chicago, Houston and Nashville, before wrapping up in Riverside, CA, on Friday, August 28. Details can be found at www.AmericanIdol.com/tour.
