BAD MEDICINE (NBC, New!) - Mark Kruger ("Midnight, Texas") has booked a potential drama at the Peacock "that brings together the unlikeliest pair: a world-renowned yet recently disgraced physician and a former NYPD detective with a take-no-prisoners attitude. Together, with a select group of scientists, they lead the Global Disease Detection Unit of the CDC, the SEAL Team Six of medicine." The project is based on Nunzio DeFilippis, Christina Weir and Christopher Mitten comic book of the same name. T.G.I.M. Films and the Universal Television-based David Janollari Entertainment are behind the hour with said principals Eric Gitter and David Janollari likewise executive producing. (Deadline.com)
DAMNATION (USA) - The cable channel has quietly shifted the newcomer to Thursdays at 10:00/9:00c beginning December 14. Current Thursday occupants "Chrisley Knows Best" and "The Cromarties" will shift to "Damnation's" former Tuesday, 10:00/9:00c home effective this Tuesday, December 5. (@DamnationTV)
HATERS BACK OFF (Netflix) - Star Colleen Ballinger took to social media with the news Netflix has canceled the series after two seasons. (@ColleenB123)
HISTORY OF THEM (CBS) - Actress Ana Villafañe and director Pamela Fryman have both signed onto the hybrid comedy, billed as a multi-cultural romantic comedy about how two friends fell in love, narrated by their future daughter, using the couple's social media from present-day as a guide. Villafañe will play the female lead, Luna, while Fryman will direct and executive produce alongside creator Gloria Calderon Kellett. The project has not been formally picked up to pilot yet, but does have a pilot production commitment. (Deadline.com)
KEVIN CAN WAIT/S.W.A.T. (CBS) - The Eye has extended both series by two episodes, bringing their seasons to 24 and 22 episodes, respectively. (Deadline.com)
ROSEANNE (ABC) - Johnny Galecki will officially return as David on the upcoming revival for at least one episode. Roseanne Barr (Roseanne), John Goodman (Dan), Sara Gilbert (Darlene), Laurie Metcalf (Jackie), Michael Fishman (D.J.) and Lecy Goranson (Becky) are likewise due back, as in Sarah Chalke (in another role). SUPERNATURAL (The CW) - Danneel Ackles, wife of co-star Jensen Ackles, will recur on the current season as Sister Jo, "a well-known faith healer whose good works attract the attention of someone very, very bad: Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino)." (Variety.com)
UNREAL (Lifetime) - Breeda Wool will reprise her role of Faith - "the closeted, Christian, lesbian Everlasting contestant who came out during Season 1 of the show-within-a-show" - on the upcoming fourth season of the series. (TVLine.com)
UNTITLED ARMISEN & RUDOLPH PROJECT (Amazon) - Catherine Keener has signed onto the Fred Armisen/Maya Rudolph-led comedy pilot, about "a long-term married couple residing in Southern California." Keener will reportedly be playing "their mysterious new neighbor." (Deadline.com)
