ARROW (The CW) - Colton Haynes's Roy Harper won't be back as a regular for the series' final season. (TVLine.com)
BEHIND HER EYES (Netflix) - Simona Brown, Tom Bateman, Eve Hewson and Robert Aramayo have been cast in the six-episode series based on Sarah Pinborough's novel. Brown plays Louise, "whose world is thrown off kilter when she begins an affair with her new boss David (Bateman) and matters take an even stranger turn when she's drawn into an unlikely friendship with his wife Adele (Hewson)." Aramayo's role wasn't specified. Erik Richter Strand is helming the project from scripts by Steve Lightfoot and Angela LaManna. (Deadline.com)
BIG FLOWER FIGHT, THE (Netflix, New!) - Multistory Media has sold an eight-episode competition series to the streaming service in which "10 duos, including florists, sculptors and garden designers, [are] put to the test as they compete in a series of themed challenges to create large-scale flower installations." Simone Haywood and Susanne Rock are the executive producers. (Deadline.com)
BLUFF CITY LAW (NBC) - The Peacock has ordered six additional scripts for the freshman drama beyond its original 10-episode order. (THR.com)
DISNEY TELEVISION STUDIOS (Various) - Drew Goddard and Octavia Spencer - who signed overall deals with 20th Century Fox Television back in March and April, respectively - are migrating to fellow sibling ABC Studios. (Deadline.com)
EMPIRE (FOX) - Vivica A. Fox, who recurs as Cookie's older sister Candace, will be promoted to regular for the series' final season. (Deadline.com)

NCIS: LOS ANGELES (CBS) - Barrett Foa's Eric Beale will be written out of five of Season 11's first six episodes while the actor stars "in a production of Angels in America at the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis this fall." (TVLine.com)
PERPETUAL GRACE, LTD/SERVANT (Epix/Apple TV+) - Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal, Steve Tisch and David Bloomfield's Escape Artists banner has signed a first-look deal with MGM Television. (Deadline.com)
SAME TIME, NEXT CHRISTMAS (ABC) - Bryan Greenberg and Charles Michael Davis are set to star opposite Lea Michele in the holiday movie. Greenberg will play Gregg Harris, "Olivia's boyfriend, a super fit triathlete, dapper real estate agent who is always angling for the next big deal." Davis is Jeff Cutler, "a handsome, affable, charming young man - Olivia's childhood friend and teenage heartthrob from their annual Christmas trips to Hawaii." (Deadline.com)
YELLOWSTONE (Paramount Network) - Q'orianka Kilcher and Jennifer Landon are the latest faces bound for the show's third season. Kilcher will play Angela Blue Thunder, "a Native American and political opponent of Tom Rainwater"; with Landon as Teeter, "a new wrangler on the Yellowstone Ranch." (Deadline.com)
