AMERICAN SEOUL (Disney+) - Creator Lana Cho has signed a multi-year overall deal with 20th Television. The pact presumably covers her duties on the potential series as well as will see her join newcomer "American Born Chinese" as a co-executive producer. (Deadline.com)
BEST IN DOUGH (Hulu, New!) - Wells Adams has been tapped to host a 10-episode competition series at the streaming service which "brings together pizza obsessed competitors from all walks of life to showcase their pizza slinging skills and battle it out for $10,000." Daniele Uditi, Millie Peartree, Eunji Kim and Bryan Ford will serve as judges with Jane Lipsitz, Dan Cutforth, Nan Strait, Dan Volpe, Cat Sullivan, Andrew Wallace, Candace Nelson, Chad Mumm, Mark W. Olsen, Dave O'Connor, Chris Ying and Christopher Chen executive producing for Alfred Street Industries, Vox Media Studios and Majordomo Media. (Deadline.com)
