BAD CRIMES (Netflix) - The streamer has pulled the plug on the proposed animated series, which stars Nicole Byer and Lauren Lapkus as two FBI agents who travel across the country to solve grisly crimes while juggling their friendship, career ambitions, and as many men as possible. The project was in production on its 10-episode season. Producer Bandera Entertainment plans to shop it elsewhere. (Deadline.com)
DOOM PATROL (HBO Max) - Elijah Rashad Reed is the latest set to recur on the new season as Deric, "a brilliant, community-minded robotics teacher who is unexpectedly pulled into the very different life of his former best friend, Vic Stone." (Deadline.com)
DRIVER (AMC) - Co-creator Sunu Gonera has been let go of the upcoming six-episode drama, which is set to film its finale. "We recently became aware of some very serious allegations against an individual working on this production, who was immediately suspended and then terminated at the conclusion of an internal investigation," a spokesman told the publication. EAST NEW YORK (CBS) - Executive producers Christine Holder and Mark Holder have been let go from the freshman drama after Warner Bros. Television "conducted an investigation into allegations against Christine Holder involving inappropriate advances toward a crew member." (Deadline.com)
FLASH, THE (The CW) - Former "Batwoman" star Javicia Leslie will drop by the show's upcoming ninth and final season in a yet-to-be-revealed capacity. Additionally, Jon Cor's Blaine (aka Chillblaine) will be promoted to regular for said swan song. (EW.com, Deadline.com)
GHOSTS (CBS) - Tara Reid will drop by as herself on an upcoming episode, which will also feature Laraine Newman and Chip Zien as Trevor's parents, Esther and Lenny Lefkowitz, respectively. (Deadline.com)
