USA TAKES RATINGS CROWN IN 3RD QUARTER

Fifth Consecutive Quarterly Win For USA Driven by Power of New Hit Original BURN NOTICE

USA #1 in all of Cable in All Key Demos

NEW YORK, NY � October 2, 2007 � USA Network won 3Q07 across the board in ad-supported cable prime, marking the fifth consecutive quarter USA has won. USA was #1 in household coverage rating (2.1), households (2 million), total viewers (2.7 million), and in all key demos; P25-54 (1.23 million), P18-49 (1.2 million) and P18-34 (528,000).

USA won the quarter with strong performances from original series, BURN NOTICE, MONK, PSYCH, THE DEAD ZONE, THE 4400 and WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW. Among P25-54, USA was #1 on three nights of the week - Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Among P18-49, USA was also #1 on three nights, Monday, Thursday and Friday. No other network won as many nights as USA in both demos combined.

USA dominated the TV landscape with original series on Thursday and Friday nights. When BURN NOTICE was on the air, USA was the #2 television network on Thursday nights at 10pm among P18-49 and P25-54, ahead of all broadcast and cable competitors (except CBS).

When MONK was on the air, USA was the #1 TV network Friday nights at 9p among P25-54, ahead of ALL broadcasters. Among P18-49, USA was #2 television network behind only WWE Smackdown on CW. When PSYCH was on the air, USA was the #2 television network Friday nights at 10pm among P18-49 (behind only ABC).

USA is on track to be the #1 cable network in Prime in all key categories for the second year in a row. Also for the second year in a row, USA has the #1 new weekly series with BURN NOTICE, among P18-49 and P25-54.
