SCIENCE CHANNEL SKYROCKETS IN FEBRUARY, CHARTS BEST MONTH EVER

(Silver Spring Md.) - Science Channel lifted off in the month of February with double digit Primetime audience growth in key demos P2+, P/M 25-54, and P/M18-49 to deliver its most watched month in network history. Driven by all-new original series WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG and ALL AMERICAN MAKERS as well as returning hit OUTRAGEOUS ACTS OF SCIENCE, Science Channel outpaced its strong January success for its best month ever in Prime.
Competitively (for all ad supported cable nets in Prime) Science Channel climbed 11 spots for M25-54 delivery for the month vs. February 2014 (to 28 from 39) and seven spots on M18-49 (to 34 from 41). The network also out-delivered competitive networks, TRAV, CNN, H2, and ESPN2 in the M25-54 target. February also marked the network's youngest month (since September 2011) with a Prime median age of 46 years old.
