"Grimm" Retains 100% Week to Week in Adults 18-49, Grows in Adults 18-34, Women 18-34 and Men 18-49

A "CAUGHT ON CAMERA" REBROADCAST MATCHES THE SHOW'S TOP RATING IN SIX WEEKS, INCREASES +17% VS. ITS PRIOR ENCORE

THIS SEASON, "GRIMM" IS AVERAGING A +91% LIFT GOING FROM L+SD TO L+7; LAST WEEK'S "GRIMM" LOCKED UP THE BIGGEST L+3 INCREASES OF THE NIGHT

Friday Primetime Results:

An encore telecast of "Caught on Camera With Nick Cannon" (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.5 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Grows +17% or 0.1 of a point versus its prior encore in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.6 on March 4) and +19% in total viewers (3.543 million vs. 2.973 million).

· Retains 100% of last week's 18-49 rating with a first-run episode (0.7 vs. 0.7) and grows +2% versus last week's original in total viewers (3.543 million vs. 3.470 million).

· Despite last night's encore, equals the show's six-week high in 18-49 (matching its best since Feb. 19, 0.8).

· Ties for #2 in the time period in adults 18-34, women 18-34, men 18-49 and men 25-54.

"Grimm" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 4,1 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Despite this week's encore lead-in, maintains 100% of last week's 0.9 in 18-49 (0.9 vs. 0.9).

· Maintains a 0.9 rating or higher in adults 18-49 for an eighth consecutive telecast.

· Grows week to week in adults 18-34, women 18-34 and men 18-49.

· Builds on its lead-in by +29% in adults 18-49 and +16% in total viewers.

· Will increase dramatically from these numbers via time-shifting:

· L+3: The previous telecast of "Grimm" grew by +71% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.92 to 1.57) and 1.9 million persons in total viewers (4.3 million to 6.2 million), for the biggest 18-49 and total-viewer lifts of the night on the Big 4.

· L+7: "Grimm" has increased by +91% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 0.91 to a 1.74) and more than 2.4 million viewers overall (3.9 million to 6.4 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· Upscale: "Grimm" is capturing a strong upscale audience this season, indexing at a 111 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3). "Dateline NBC" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 4.1 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Despite the 10 p.m. hour, grows from its first half-hour to its second in nearly all key measures, including gains of +13% in adults 18-49 (0.8 to 0.9), +8% in adults 25-54 (1.2 to 1.3), +25% in men 25-54 (0.8 to 1.0), +13% in women 25-54 (1.5 to 1.7) and +11% in total viewers (3.9 million to 4.3 million).

· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting -- The prior week's "Dateline" increased by +30% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.04 to a 1.35) and 1.1 million viewers overall (4.9 million to 6.0 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· Upscale: "Dateline" delivers a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 109 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.7/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.1/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/4 with an encore.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/3 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.3/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.1/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
