STAGE AND SCREEN ACTORS REBECCA DE MORNAY AND BETTY BUCKLEY GUEST-STAR ON NBC'S 'LAW & ORDER: SVU' ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, (10-11 PM. ET)

NEW YORK - February 1, 2006 - Stage and screen actors Rebecca De Mornay and Betty Buckley and will guest star on NBC's "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," Tuesday, February 7th at 10 PM ET.

When the body of a young woman is found murdered in her apartment, Detectives Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Stabler (Chris Meloni) discover she's a successful attorney and a stripper in her spare time. Her boss, attorney Tessa McKellen, played by De Mornay, becomes a suspect when tape from a student crew filming the night of the murder reveals the victim was with Tessa's husband Linus (Chris Potter). Linus' DNA was found in both the victim and her friend a fellow stripper who is also found murdered.

The situation is further complicated by Tessa's illness that keeps her tied to her wheelchair and to her husband who is also a prime suspect. The case takes some unusual turns as new information about the sympathetic, but devious McKellen is revealed.

Buckley plays attorney Collette Walsh who represents McKellen, played by DeMornay.
