ALICE (Sci Fi) - Caterina Scorsone ("Missing") has been tapped for the lead role in the mini-series, a modern-day take on Lewis Carroll's classic in which a fiercely independent twentysomething (Scorsone as Alice Hamilton) suddenly finds herself on the other side of a looking glass. Also signing on are Kathy Bates (as the Queen of Hearts), Tim Curry (Dodo), Colm Meaney (King of Hearts) and Philip Winchester (Jack of Hearts) as well as Matt Frewer (White Knight), Andrew Lee Potts (Hatter), Alessandro Juliani (9 of Clubs), Timothy Webber (Carpenter), Alex Diakun (Ratcatcher), Zak Santiago (10 of Clubs) and Eugene Lipinski (Doctors Dee and Dum). RHI Entertainment, Reunion Pictures and Studio Eight are behind the project, production of which is underway in Vancouver for a December premiere. Nick Willing is directing from his own script with Matthew O'Connor, Lisa Richardson, Jamie Brown, Robert Halmi, Sr. and Robert Halmi, Jr. executive producing.

BROTHERS & SISTERS (ABC) - "Dancing With the Stars" runner-up Gilles Marini has booked a multi-episode arc on the series. He'll play a potential love interest for Rachel Griffiths's character. No other details however were released.

ENTOURAGE (HBO) - Matt Letscher, William Fichtner and Scott Caan have all scored recurring roles on the show's upcoming sixth season. Letscher will play Dan Coakley, "a handsome, arrogant TV studio executive who oversees Drama's (Kevin Dillon) TV series." Fichtner then is set as Phil Yagoda, "a slick TV producer who had a hit teen series in the 1990s and is trying to remake it with Drama." And finally, Caan is on board as Scotty Lavin, "a cocky and highly competitive manager who acts tough and trash talks to cover up how insecure he is and sees E (Kevin Connolly) as a threat." The new season launches Sunday, July 12.

RACHAEL RAY (Syndication) - CBS Television Distribution has reupped the veteran talk show, which took home the Daytime Emmy last year, on stations covering 60% of country through the 2011-12 season. The series had already been a go through the 2009-10 season. The updated clearances, which include WABC New York and WPVI Philadelphia, will keep the show going through its sixth season. Harpo Productions, Scripps Networks and Watch Entertainment co-produce the hour alongside CBS Television Distribution with Janet Annino serving as executive producer and Joseph Freed and Shane Farley as senior supervising producer and supervising producer, respectively.
