BLUE BLOODS (CBS) - David Ramsey ("Dexter") has scored a recurring role on the show's sophomore season. He'll play the new mayor of New York City, Carter Poole - "a liberal, who has a background in community organizing and is particularly soft on crime [who] rubs Reagan the wrong way, but the two find a way to cooperate." He'll make his first appearance in the September 23 season opener.

BURN NOTICE (USA) - Jere Burns has snagged a recurring on the show's current season. He'll play Anson Fullerton, "a brilliant but understated clinical psychologist whose specialties in human behavior and experience working with covert agents proves useful in answering many of Michael (Jeffrey Nonovan)'s still looming questions," in five to seven episodes later this season.

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION (CBS) - Creator Anthony E. Zuiker has inked a three-year first-look deal with ABC Studios. The pact, financial details of which weren't released, gives said company first crack at his Dare to Pass banner's output, which will be developed alongside fellow studio-based Brillstein Entertainment Partners.

THE FINDER (FOX) - Mercedes Masohn ("Chuck") and newcomer Maddie Hasson have both joined the cast of the "Bones" spin-off. The former will play Deputy U.S. Marshall Isabel Zambada, "a focused, nuclear-powered cop on the rise - who is a brilliant politician using a career in law enforcement to climb to the top of the heap in life." The latter then is set as Willa, "a second generation criminal who helps Walter (Geoff Stults) and Leo (Michael Clarke Duncan) in their investigations." They'll fill the void left by Saffron Burrows, whose character won't continue onto the series.

GAME OF THRONES (HBO) - Liam Cunningham, Stephen Dillane and Carice van Houten have booked the latest principal roles on the show's second season. Dillane will play the mentioned-but-not-seen Stannis Baratheon, the late King Robert's eldest younger brother, who aims to seize the Iron Throne from King Joffrey. van Houten then is set as a mysterious sorceress who counsels Stannis with Cunningham as a knight who likewise aids Stannis in his quest.

RINGER (The CW) - Jaime Murray ("Spartacus: Gods of the Arena") has landed a potentially recurring role on the freshman drama. She'll play Olivia, Andrew Martin's (Ioan Gruffudd) "stunning business partner, the only woman in a boy's club and she relishes it."
