"Saturday Night Live" Sweeps Into November With Three Back-to-Back Shows
Upcoming hosts include Charlie Day, Emma Stone and Jason Segel.

"SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" SWEEPS INTO NOVEMBER WITH THREE BACK-TO-BACK SHOWS

November 5 - Charlie Day/ Maroon 5; November 12 - Emma Stone/ Coldplay; November 19 - Jason Segel/ Florence + The Machine

New York, NY - October 17, 2011 - Charlie Day makes his hosting debut on November 5. Day currently stars in the hit FX comedy series, "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." In addition to starring, he also serves as a creator, writer and executive producer for the series. He was most recently seen in the summer blockbuster comedy "Horrible Bosses," and will start production later this year on the highly anticipated Guillermo Del Toro movie, "Pacific Rim."

Maroon 5 returns for their third appearance as musical guest. Maroon 5's latest hit "Moves Like Jagger" reached the number one spot on the Top 40 and Billboard Hot 100 charts. Gym Class Heroes' Travie McCoy will also join them to perform "Stereo Hearts." The three time Grammy Award winning group has sold more than 15 million albums worldwide and released their third studio album "Hands All Over," which spawned the Grammy nominated single "Misery." In addition, Adam Levine will return in February as one of the celebrity coaches on NBC's "The Voice."

On November 12, Emma Stone will return for her second appearance as host. Stone will next be seen in "The Amazing Spider-Man," based on the classic comic book series. Recently, she garnered attention for her role in the box office hit, "The Help," and was last seen opposite Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling in "Crazy, Stupid, Love."

Coldplay will return opposite Stone for their fourth appearance. Coldplay's forthcoming album, "Mylo Xyloto" has already spawned chart-toppers, "Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall" and "Paradise." The band has been recognized with numerous awards throughout their career, including seven Grammy Awards and six Brit Awards. As one of the world's best-selling music artists, Coldplay has sold over 50 million records worldwide.

On November 19, Jason Segel makes his first appearance on the SNL stage. Segel's latest film "The Muppets," is due out November 23, which he also co-wrote and produced. His past film credits include, "I Love You, Man," "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," which he wrote and "Despicable Me." He currently stars in the television series, "How I Met Your Mother."

Florence + the Machine will return to SNL for their second appearance as musical guest. The Grammy nominated band will release their sophomore album, "Ceremonials," which is already garnering critical acclaim with their latest single, "Shake It Out." The band's first album, "Lungs," was an international success topping both the UK and US charts.
