DIVIDE & CONQUER (USA/UCP; W: Peter Ocko; D: TBA) - Greg Grunberg and Diane Farr are set to topline the pilot, a family comedy about love, support, attention and all the other things parents do to mess up their kids. They'll play said clan's parents: "Evan is a daydreamer-turned-patent attorney who believes modern-day families are over-parenting their kids, and Charlotte is a career woman-turned-stay-at-home mom who's trying to help her kids navigate growing up." UNTITLED LINDSAY LOHAN PROJECT (OWN, New!) - Lindsay Lohan is set to sit down with Oprah Winfrey in an interview set to tape and air in August. In addition, the much-ballyhooed actress will star in an eight-part documentary series for the network, due in 2014. No auspices however were given for the project. (Deadline.com)
AND IN OTHER NEWS... - Mark Tinker has joined NBC's "Chicago PD" as an executive producer/in-house director (Deadline.com); Justin Hartley will recur on "Revenge" as the long-lost son of Madeline Stowe's Victoria (EOnline.com); Raul Esparza's Rafael Barba has been upped to series regular on "Law & Order: SVU" (Deadline.com); Justin Lin and Bruno Wu's Perfect Storm Entertainment is developing a TV series based on material written by iconic actor Bruce Lee (Deadline.com); Olga Fonda has booked an arc on "The Vampire Diaries" as "the fearless, worldly, guarded and vengeance-seeking Nadia" (TVLine.com); Virginia Madsen is likewise bound for Lifetime's "Witches of East End" as Penelope Gardiner, the mother of Eric Winter's Dash (TVLine.com); Anne Heche will visit "The Michael J. Fox Show" as "the new anchor at NBC 4, the New York station where Fox's character Mike is returning to work" (EW.com); and Henry Ian Cusick will guest on "Hawaii Five-0" as "a tough, fearless and ruthless member of a terrorist group" (TVLine.com).
