WAY, THE (Hulu/Universal; W: Jessica Goldberg; D: Mike Cahill) - Sarah Jones ("Alcatraz") is the latest addition to the upcoming drama, which examines a family at the center of a controversial faith-based movement struggling with relationships, marriage and power. She's set as Alison, "a defector of The Way scarred by the strange disappearance of her husband." Aaron Paul, Kyle Allen, Michelle Monaghan and Rockmond Dunbar also star. (Deadline.com)
AND IN OTHER NEWS... - "The Comedians" co-creator Ben Wexler has revealed via Twitter that FX passed on a second season of the series (@mrbenwexler); Steven Van Zandt likewise confirmed Netflix has canceled "Lilyhammer" after three seasons (@StevieVanZandt); Syfy is moving forward with a fourth installment in its "Sharknado" franchise (@SharknadoSyfy); Bruce Harwood, Tom Braidwood and Dean Haglund will reprise their roles as The Lone Gunmen in FOX's "The X-Files" revival (@dhaglund); Sonya Walger has joined the cast of ABC's "The Catch" where she'll take over for Bethany Joy Lenz as Zoe (Deadline.com);
