DIY Network Plans 121 Primetime Premiere Hours in Q3 and Q4

DIY NETWORK PLANS 121 PRIMETIME PREMIERE HOURS IN Q3 AND Q4

NEW YORK [JUNE 14, 2017] Fans of action-packed series showcasing custom home renos, historic restorations and property flips need look no further than DIY Network which will premiere 121 primetime hours from now through December 2017. Five new series will make their debut, including Amazing Space (Eric Griffin), Rustic Renovation (Chase and Brock Jurgensen), Vintage Rehab (Ally Mahon), Bargain Mansions (Tamara Day) and Containables. DIY Network execs also have given the nod to more than 10 pilots that will support the 2018 lineup.

Network ratings drivers The Vanilla Ice Project, Rehab Addict (Nicole Curtis), Barnwood Builders (Mark Bowe and team), Salvage Dawgs (Robert Kulp and Mike Whiteside) and Maine Cabin Masters (Chase Morrill and team) will return with new episodes by the end of the year. Other successful series, including Texas Flip N Move, Pool Kings, Mega Decks and First Time Flippers also will populate the schedule.

"Gritty home improvement, where anyone can get their hands dirty, is a proven success for DIY Network," said John Feld, senior vice president, original programming for HGTV, DIY Network and Great American Country. "With hard-hitting home improvements shows, we're attracting more than 20 million viewers per month."
