In its Second Season Premiere, �Dancing with the Stars the Results Show� Marks the Program�s Best-Ever Performance in Viewers and Young Adults

�Dancing With the Stars the Results Show� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

�Dancing With the Stars the Results Show� shot out of the gate with an average audience of 16.1 million viewers and a 4.1 rating, 12 share among Adults 18-49. Political analyst, Tucker Carlson was the first dancer to be eliminated from the contest this season. The results show overshadowed its time period, beating its nearest competitors by 7.7 million viewers (Fox�s �Bones = 8.4 million) and by 37% in Adults 18-49 (CBS� �Rock Star: Supernova� season finale = 3.0/9). In fact, the ABC unscripted program ranked No. 1 in its time slot across the board, including Total Viewers, each of key adult demos (AD18-34/AD18-49/AD25/54), Teens 12-17 and Kids 2-11.

� �DWTS�� results show stood as the No. 1 TV program on Wednesday in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49.

� �Dancing with the Stars the Results Show� generated ABC�s strongest series performance in the time period since May 2005 in Viewers and since September 2005 in Adults 18-49 � since 5/25/05 and 9/28/05, respectively.

� In its second season premiere, �Dancing with the Stars the Results Show� marked its best-ever numbers, topping all of the result shows from the prior season.
