ABC�s �Grey�s Anatomy� ranked as the week�s No. 1 scripted program in Adults 18-34 and across the women demographics (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54), even topping CBS� post-�Super Bowl� airing of �Criminal Minds.�

Monday

�Wife Swap� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

�Wife Swap� opened the night with its largest audience (7.9 million) and highest Adults 18-49 rating (3.1/8) for a repeat telecast since March � 3/20/06. �Wife Swap� led its time slot in its target Women 18-34 demo (4.3/11).

�Supernanny� (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Opposite NBC�s �Heroes� and Fox�s �24,� ABC�s �Supernanny� took second in the hour among Women 18-34 (4.9/11) and Women 18-49 (5.1/11).

�What About Brian� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

In the 10 o�clock hour, �What About Brian� scored its best numbers in Total Viewers (5.7 million) and Adults 18-49 performance (2.7/7) since October � since 10/30/06.

� �What About Brian� won its time period among Women 18-34 (3.6/10), while taking second among Women 18-49 (3.8/9) and Women 25-54 (3.9/9).

Tuesday

�Boston Legal� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

At 10:00 p.m., ABC's �Boston Legal� was the most-watched program in its time period, drawing 9.5 million viewers. In addition, the legal drama ranked No. 1 in its hour across each of the key men demographics: Men 18-34 (1.7/5 � tied), Men 18-49 (2.4/7) and Men 25-54 (3.0/8).

Wednesday

ABC�s Wednesday night performance was up over the previous week by 16% in Total Viewers (5.9 million vs. 5.1 million) and by 17% among Adults 18-49 (2.1/5 vs. 1.8/5).

�George Lopez� (8:00-8:30 p.m.)

In its second telecast of the season, �George Lopez� attracted 7.7 million viewers and a 2.8 rating, 7 share among Adults 18-49, taking second place in the half-hour in the key young adult demo. The family comedy scored the Net�s top numbers in the time slot in both Nielsen measures in over 2 months � since 11/15/06.

� �George Lopez� delivered its strongest performance in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49 in its Wednesday time period in over 1 year � since 12/7/05.

�The Knights of Prosperity� (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

In its time period debut, ABC�s �The Knights of Prosperity� improved on its performance over the prior week by 1.5 million viewers (5.1 million vs. 3.6 million) and by 36% among Adults 18-49 (1.9/5 vs. 1.4/3).

�According to Jim� (9:00-9:30 p.m.)

Opposite the first half-hour of Fox�s �American Idol,� the time period premiere of �According to Jim� built on its lead-in in both Total Viewers (5.7 million vs. 5.2 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.2/5 vs. 1.9/5). In addition, �According to Jim� was up week to week in the key young adult demographic (2.2/5 vs. 2.1/5).

�In Case of Emergency� (9:30-10:00 p.m.)

Airing against the second half of Fox�s �American Idol,� �In Case of Emergency� improved on its previous week�s numbers by 1.4 million viewers (4.4 million vs. 3.0 million) and by 50% in Adults 18-49 (1.8/4 vs. 1.2/3).

Thursday

ABC won the opening night of the 2007 February Sweep in Total Viewers (16.2 million) and Adults 18-49 (6.3/16). Leading its third consecutive Thursday in the key Adult 18-49 sales demographic, ABC overshadowed second-place CBS by a margin of 34% (6.3/16 vs. 4.7/12). ABC also marked its third straight Thursday as the No. 1 television network in Adults 25-54 (6.8/16), Adults 18-34 (6.2/17) and Teens 12-17 (2.2/7).

� Growing by 3.0 million viewers and by 75% in Adults 18-49 from the same night last year (13.2 million & 3.6/9 on 2/2/06), ABC registered its first victory on the opening night of any February Sweep in at least 15 years � pre-dating the start of Nielsen�s electronic data base in September 1991.

�Ugly Betty� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

ABC�s freshman �Ugly Betty� was the most-watched program (14.0 million) during the 8 o�clock hour and finished a close second in Adults 18-49, just one-tenth out of a tie for first place (4.7/12 vs. 4.8/12 � NBC�s comedies). �Betty� also won the slot with Adults 25-54 (5.4/13) and remained dominant in its time period across each of the key women demographics: W18-34 (6.5/17), W18-49 (6.6/16) and W25-54 (7.5/17). Among its core audience of Women 18-34, �Ugly Betty� has been the No. 1 program in its hour on each of the series� regular original telecast. �Betty� stood as the No. 2 TV program on Thursday with Women 18-34, behind only lead-out �Grey�s Anatomy.�

� �Ugly Betty� posted its second-highest-ever rating among Adults 18-49, trailing only its series debut in September. The program marked series-high numbers with Adults 18-34, Women 18-34 and across each of the men demographics (M18-34/M18-49/M25-54).

�Grey�s Anatomy� (9:00-10:03 p.m.)

Thursday�s No. 1 TV program, ABC's �Grey's Anatomy� outdrew CBS� �C.S.I.� at 9:00 p.m. by 2.7 million viewers (24.2 million vs. 21.5 million) and by 51% in Adults 18-49 (10.3/24 vs. 6.8/16). It was �Grey�s� biggest winning advantage ever over an original �C.S.I.� in Adults 18-49. The ABC medical drama has beaten the CBS procedural crime drama in Adults 18-49 on all 12 of their original head-to-head match-ups in the time period this season.

� �Grey�s Anatomy� posted its second-highest numbers this season in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. �Grey�s� posted the series� second-highest-ever Adult 18-34 and Women 18-34 ratings, coming in behind only its post-�Super Bowl� airing last year on both measures.

�MEN IN TREES� (10:03-11:00 p.m.)

ABC's �MEN IN TREES� took a solid second place during the 10 o�clock hour among Adults 18-34, defeating CBS� competing freshman, �Shark,� by 11% (3.0/9 vs. 2.7/8). The ABC freshman also took second in the time period across the key women demos (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54).

� �MEN IN TREES� tallied a series-high among Women 18-34 (4.4/11) and matched its second-strongest performance to date among Adults 18-34 (3.0/9).

Friday

�20/20� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

For the third consecutive week, ABC News� �20/20� ranked No. 1 in the final hour of the night among Adults 18-34 (1.9/7 - tied). In addition, the ABC newsmagazine led the time slot among Women 18-34 (2.6/8) and Women 18-49 (3.4/9).

Sunday

ABC�s all-repeat Sunday lineup took second to CBS during Sunday�s prime, outpacing its nearest non-�Super Bowl� competition by 1.4 million viewers (4.9 million vs. 3.5 million � NBC) and by 64% in Adults 18-49 (1.8/4 vs. 1.1/2 � Fox)

�Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� (7:00-8:00 p.m.)

From 7:00-8:00 p.m., ABC�s replay �Extreme Makeover: Home Edition� took second to CBS, beating out third-place Fox in the hour by 1.6 million viewers (4.2 million vs. 2.6 million) and by 30% in Adults 18-49 (1.3/3 vs. 1.0/2).

�America�s Funniest Home Videos� (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

Building on its lead-in against the �Super Bowl,� a rebroadcast airing of �America�s Funniest Home Videos� held second in the 8 o�clock hour. ABC�s rebroadcast video clip show defeated third-place Fox�s �X2: X-Men United� by 2.3 million viewers (5.4 million vs. 3.1 million) and by 33% in Adults 18-49 (1.6/3 vs. 1.2/2). �Videos� was the most-watched television program on any of the non-�Super Bowl� networks during Sunday�s prime.

�ABC Sunday Movie of the Week: Old School� (9:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC�s rebroadcast of the theatrical �Old School� took second to CBS in its 2-hour time period, besting third-place NBC by 23% in Total Viewers (4.9 million vs. 4.0 million) and by 75% in Adults 18-49 (2.1/4 vs. 1.2/3). ABC�s airing of �Old School� was the night�s highest-rated TV program among Adults 18-49 on the non-�Super Bowl� nets.

� ABC�s rebroadcast airing of �Old School� topped its movie competition on the night, Fox�s replay �X2: X-Men United,� by 1.8 million viewers and by 75% in Adults 18-49 (�X2: X-Men United� = 3.1 million viewers and 1.2/2 in Adults 18-49 from 7:30-10:00 p.m.).
