"Ray Donovan" Ends Season Two with Highest Rated Episode and Total Night in Series History

"RAY DONOVAN" ENDS SEASON TWO WITH HIGHEST RATED EPISODE AND TOTAL NIGHT IN SERIES HISTORY

Ranking As The Biggest Telecast This Year On SHOWTIME(R), Finale Outperforms Season Two Premiere By 61% And Season One Finale By 40%

- RAY DONOVAN delivered its highest-rated episode and biggest total night ratings in series history* this past Sunday. Now ranked as the biggest telecast of 2014 for SHOWTIME, the season two finale attracted a series high of two million viewers at 9 p.m., outperforming the season 2 premiere by +61 percent (vs. 1.2 million) and the season one finale by 40 percent (vs. 1.4 million).

- For its total night, RAY DONOVAN also delivered its best performance ever with 2.52 million viewers*, topping the season two premiere night by 43 percent (vs. 1.8 million) and the season one finale night by 21 percent (vs. 2.1 million).

- RAY DONOVAN has grown consistently throughout the season and has shown impressive growth week after week in the second half of the season. Episodes 7-12 of season two were up 21 percent vs. the first half of the season. In fact, every RAY DONOVAN episode since week 2 has outperformed this season's premiere.

- RAY DONOVAN now ranks third among all SHOWTIME original series behind HOMELAND and SHAMELESS, averaging 5 million weekly viewers per week across platforms. On average 3.6 million subscribers (72 percent of the weekly audience) watch RAY DONOVAN on a delayed basis after its Sunday at 9 p.m. telecast.

- Additionally, in its season two finale MASTERS OF SEX delivered 889,000 viewers at 10 p.m., outperforming the season two premiere telecast by 8 percent (vs. (825K). For the night, MASTERS OF SEX was on par with the season two premiere with 1.12 million viewers. MASTERS OF SEX averages 3.5 million weekly viewers across platforms. A significantly time-shifted series, 2.7 million subscribers (77 percent of the weekly audience) watch MASTERS OF SEX after the original airing at Sunday at 10 p.m. each week.
