During the week of October 2, 2017, "Live with Kelly and Ryan" grew over the prior week by 5% in Households (2.2 rating vs. 2.1 rating) and 10% with Women 25-54 (1.1 rating vs. 1.0 rating) to equal season highs. In addition, "Live" was up for the 2nd straight week in Total Viewers (+3% - 2.927 million vs. 2.852 million) to draw its largest audience since Premiere Week four weeks ago - since the week of 9/4/17.

· "Live" beat "Ellen" by 10% among Women 25-54 (1.1 rating vs. 1.0 rating) to rank as the week's No. 2 syndicated talk show, while tying "Ellen" for No. 2 in Households (2.2 rating).

· "Live with Kelly and Ryan" dominated the second week of NBC's "Megyn Kelly Today" (w/o 10/2/17) by 38% in Homes (2.2 rating vs. 1.6 rating), 34% in Total Viewers (2.927 million vs. 2.183 million) and 57% among Women 25-54 (1.1 rating vs. 0.7 rating). In addition, "Live" outdelivered "Megyn Kelly" by 60% with Adults 25-54 (0.8 rating vs. 0.5 rating).

· "Live with Kelly and Ryan" outdelivered "Megyn Kelly" in 9 of the Top 10 U.S. Markets in Households and in 8 of the Top 10 with Women 25-54.

· In their home market of New York, "Live" ranked No. 1 in the 9:00 a.m. hour, more than doubling "Megyn Kelly" head-to-head in Households (+133% - 2.8/10 vs. 1.2/4) and tripling the NBC show with Women 25-54 (+200% - 1.5/12 vs. 0.5/4).
