THE HOURS

Trailer

Academy Award-winning psychological thriller focusing on three women of different generations whose lives are interconnected by the novel Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf: Clarissa Vaughan (Meryl Streep, Out of Africa), a New Yorker preparing an award party for her AIDS-stricken long-time friend Richard (Ed Harris, The Truman Show) in 2001; Laura Brown (Julianne Moore, Still Alice), a pregnant 1950s housewife in an unhappy marriage with a young son; and Virginia Woolf (Nicole Kidman, Moulin Rouge!) herself in 1920s England, who is struggling with depression and mental illness while trying to write her novel. Also starring John C. Reilly (Chicago), Jeff Daniels (The Squid and the Whale), Miranda Richardson (The Crying Game), Allison Janney (The Help), Toni Collette (Little Miss Sunshine), Claire Danes (My So-Called Life), Stephen Dillane (Game of Thrones), Margo Martindale (August: Osage County) and Eileen Atkins (Doc Martin).
