(Deadline.com)
CONSTANCE (TNT) - Kevin Dunn is bound for the Elisabeth Shue-led drama pilot as Dale Fogerty, "the City Manager at City Hall, and Constance's (Shue) boss. (Deadline.com)
DESIGNATED SURVIVOR (Netflix) - Anthony Edwards and Julie White are both bound for the revived third season as Mars Harper, the President's Chief of Staff; and Lorraine Zimmer, the President's new Campaign Manager, respectively. (Deadline.com)

Unexpectedly, moving far away from their old life and being inspired by their daughter's relationship brings them closer together." Warner Bros. TV-based Vita Vera Films is behind the half-hour with Diablo Cody executive producing and Jalees co-executive producing as well as potentially starring. (Deadline.com)
HYPNOTIST'S LOVE STORY, THE (ABC, New!) - Katie Wech is developing a small screen take on Liane Moriarty's book, which "centers on successful hypnotherapist Ellen, who after a string of failed romances is optimistic about her current boyfriend, until he reveals a disturbing truth: a stalker ex-girlfriend who has been following him for years. Ellen finds herself intrigued, and oddly thrilled by the stalker, entirely unaware that they've already met." Heather Graham is attached to star and executive produce the ABC Studios-based project alongside David Hoberman, Todd Lieberman and Laurie Zaks of Mandeville Television. (Deadline.com)
I KNOW THIS MUCH IS TRUE (HBO) - Mark Ruffalo's long in the works limited series, based on Wally Lamb's bestselling book, has been given a six-episode order. Ruffalo, Lamb and Cianfrance will also executive produce alongside FilmNation Entertainment's Ben Browning and Glen Basner as well as Gregg Fienberg and Anya Epstein.
