UNTITLED TONY DANZA PROJECT (ABC, New!) - Tony Danza is on track to star and executive produce a potential comedy at the Alphabet about three old friends who "looking for a fresh start, move into a bachelor pad near their children and grandkids." The multi-camera project is set up at Wild West Picture Show Productions with the company's Vince Vaughn and Peter Billingsley executive producing alongside Danza and his manager Dan Farah. The search is underway for a writer. (Deadline.com)
AND IN OTHER NEWS... - "Make It or Break It" creator Holly Sorensen has confirmed the current season of the ABC Family drama will be its last (@HollyBSorensen); Brendan Hines, Devin Kelly and Ana Claudia Talancon are the latest actors set to drop by "Covert Affairs" (TVLine.com); Hilary Winston has inked a new two-year overall deal with Sony Pictures Television, the studio behind her NBC comedy pilot "Happy Valley" (Deadline.com); "30 Rock's" Matt Hubbard has likewise set up shop at Universal Television with a two-year overall deal (Deadline.com); Conan O'Brien's Conaco banner is staying put at Warner Bros. Television with a new two-year overall deal, home to its CBS comedy pilot "Super Fun Night" (Deadline.com); and Adam Levine, Cee-Lo Green, Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera are on track to sign new deals with NBC, putting them all in the high seven-figure range per season of "The Voice" (Deadline.com).
