COLD CASE (CBS) - Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution has cleared the show's off-network run for another two years. WCBS in New York, KCBS in Los Angeles and WBBM in Chicago are among the 16 participating stations which are all part of the CBS Television stations group.

GLEE (FOX) - Brad Falchuk has inked a two-year, seven-figure overall deal with 20th Century Fox Television. The pact covers his various duties on the freshman drama, which he co-created alongside Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan. In addition he'll develop new series projects for the studio. Falchuk, Murphy and Brennan were the only writers on the show's initial 13-episode order and are expected to continue as such for its back nine order.

TOMMY SUPREME (NBC, New!) - Barry Schindel ("Castle") is developing a new drama at the Peacock based on the exploits of real-life attorney Tom Goldstein, who has argued 21 cases in front of the Supreme Court. Universal Media Studios and Circle of Confusion are behind the hour, which described as the "inverse 'House' - a likable guy in the most unlikable profession." Goldstein, who's a partner in the D.C. law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, will also serve as a consultant. Schindel will pen the script and executive produce alongside Confusion's David Alpert and David Engel. The latter pair recently inked a first-look deal with 20th Century Fox Television however "Supreme" pre-dates said pact.

TOUGH TRADE (Epix) - Azita Ghanizada ("General Hospital: Night Shift") is the latest addition to the drama pilot, about "three generations of a Nashville music dynasty (Sam Shepard, Lucas Black and Cary Elwes) whose penchant for drink, debauchery and divorce has left it on the verge of bankruptcy." She'll play the wife of Elwes' character. Jenji Kohan and Chris Offutt are behind the hour, which comes from Lionsgate Television.
