Drew Carey stars as Drew, Diedrich Bader as Oswald, Kathy Kinney as Mimi Bobeck, Ryan Stiles as Lewis and Cynthia Watros as Kellie.

Guest starring are Craig Ferguson as Mr. Wick, Marion Ross as Beulah Carey, Ian Gomez as Larry Almada, Adrienne Barbeau as Kim, Bill Cobbs as Tony, Michael Gross as Don, Susan Sullivan as Annette, Eliza Coyle as the nurse, Holmes Osborne as the priest and Andrew Bloch as the doctor.
