Is the internet facilitating addiction to porn, and is cyberporn becoming a substitute for dating? Experts say that an alarming number of people, mostly men, who watch sex on the internet are not forming relationships, and many of these men admit to being hooked. Several of the men "20/20" spoke with said that cyberporn is so addictive that the only way for them to quit was to give away their computers. ABC News Correspondent Lynn Sherr's eye-opening report airs on "20/20" on FRIDAY, AUGUST 27 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"You can have a different woman every day... you're never rejected... you're never too poor... it's a total fantasy world," says a man who calls himself John, a divorcee who has gone 10 years without a relationship because he is hooked on cyberporn. "No person can ever live up to the range of images or the thrill of something new and different... fantasy becomes better than reality." He says that internet porn is like a drug for him.

And: Chief Investigative Correspondent Brian Ross talks to Lou Pasciuto, a Wall Street con man working for the mafia, who tells Ross how he went from gas station attendant to scamming millions of dollars from unsuspecting people to becoming an FBI informant facing time in jail.

Also: Every minute of every day in this country a woman loses her uterus in a hysterectomy. The majority of such operations are done on women under 50 years old to treat fibroids - benign tumors of the uterus. But now some experts are saying that as many as 75% of the 600,000 hysterectomies performed annually for various reasons on American women may be unnecessary, and that there are other viable options such as fibroid embolization, a non-surgical procedure typically performed by a radiologist. Senior Medical Correspondent Dr. Timothy Johnson reports on what might be a 'turf war' involving many gynecologists who feel threatened by radiologists invading their traditional territory.
