When Officer Lance Whitaker of the Jacksonville, FL, Sheriff's Office investigates a parked vehicle, he questions the driver, who claims that he was smoking in the vehicle because he was not allowed to smoke in his friend's house. When asked to step out of the car, the suspect takes off on foot, causing a chase that ends when a K-9 unit finds the suspect in a shed.
