"Burly Girls, Bowheads, Young Studs and the Old Bunch" -- Tribes are quickly dividing as the stress of their situation takes an early toll, on an encore presentation of SURVIVOR: VANUATU ISLANDS OF FIRE, Saturday, Sept. 25 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. (Originally broadcast 9/23/04)
As one tribe deals with very grim conditions, a castaway has a tearful meltdown after realizing the tribe's food is contaminated by maggots. When a wild chicken wanders into camp, the tribe is sent into a hunger-driven frenzy with their machete to catch the chicken. One survivor attempts to take advantage of tensions between two other tribe mates after they lose the Reward Challenge. At Tribal Council, two castaways who think they are the swing vote lead to an unpredictable Tribal Council.
And the second castaway is voted out of the tribe.
