Marque and Elisa were given a life changing experience, as they were able to change their looks in an effort to transform their lives and destinies and to make their dreams come true. This was all accomplished through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including plastic surgeons, eye surgeons and cosmetic dentists, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists and personal trainers. Marque is a 48-year-old singer/musician stuck in the 1970s from North Hollywood, CA. Hard times and struggle have aged his rock star looks. Life as a single father since the mother of his son passed away has also been tough on his dating situation. The Extreme Team helps Marque go back to the future of the 21st century with a new look that will go up in lights. And Sam dispenses his tricks and tips in the fields of fashion, personal style and grooming with "news you can use" to give yourself a whole new look without any plastic surgery.
