MEL GIBSON MAKES A CAMEO APPEARANCE ON ABC'S "COMPLETE SAVAGES, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22"

"Car Jack" - When Jack begs his dad to get him his own car, Nick agrees to put up half the money if Jack will raise the other half and, after a series of schemes, he finally comes up with it. Jack's Uncle Jimmy takes him to get the car, but when he comes home with a motorcycle instead, Nick is none too pleased and shows the boys a "Blood on the Highway"-type safety video -- which doesn't deter Jack or his brothers one bit (Mel Gibson plays the role of the circa '70s cop in the video) -- on "Complete Savages," FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Starring in "Complete Savages" are Keith Carradine as Nick, Andrew Eiden as Sam, Shaun Sipos as Jack, Erik von Detten as Chris, Evan Ellingson as Kyle, Jason Dolley as T.J. and Vincent Ventresca as Jimmy.

Guest-starring in "Car Jack" are Karita Cesar as Stacey, Magda Harout as woman, Mel Gibson as Officer Cox, Candace Kita as Misty and Dawn Ashley Cook as girl.

"Car Jack" was written by Adam Lorenzo and directed by Robby Benson.

"Complete Savages" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.
