"Consent" -- Amy's hears a case in family court involving two teenagers who engage in a sexual act in front of a group of their friends at a party, on JUDGING AMY, Tuesday, Oct. 26 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Amy must decide if a teenage boy charged with forcing a girl to perform a sexual act on him at a party is guilty of sexually assaulting her or if the encounter was the result of peer pressure. Meanwhile, still disillusioned with the foster-care system, Maxine decides to take matters into her own hands and agrees to help a teenage runaway who discovers that one of his parents kidnapped him as a child.
