"Conditional Surrender" -- Amy hears a case involving a young boy who cares for his mother who has multiple sclerosis, on JUDGING AMY, Tuesday, Dec. 14 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Helen Shaver directed the episode from a script written by Matthew J. Lieberman.

Jennifer Esposito ("Spin City") guest-stars as Crystal Turner, a social worker who runs a community outreach program for teenagers.

Amy must decide whether a mother who is suffering severe effects from multiple sclerosis is capable of continuing to raise her young son who has become her primary care-giver. Meanwhile, Gillian tries to encourage Maxine to adopt a healthier lifestyle after she has a heart attack and suggests yoga.
