Dedicated to celebrating innovation, cutting-edge presentation, and genre-expanding work in urban music, the second annual VIBE AWARDS ON UPN, hosted by LL Cool J with Tyra Banks, features electrifying performances from an array of the music industry's hottest artists, including Nelly, Alicia Keys, Ashanti, Snoop Dogg with Pharrrell, Jadakiss with Anthony Hamilton, and Elephant Man, Beenie Man & Kevin Lyttle, will be rebroadcast on Wednesday, Dec. 29 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on UPN. Dr. Dre, one of the most influential and prolific producers and performers, received the Vibe Legend Award for his lifetime contributions to the world of hip hop music. As part of the special tribute, his next prot�g�, The Game, performed.

The second annual VIBE AWARDS ON UPN is a production of Vibe magazine, Flavor Unit Entertainment and White Cherry Entertainment. For Vibe, Kenard Gibbs and Mimi Vald�s are executive producers. Shakim Compere and Queen Latifah are executive producers for Flavor Unit and Dedra Tate is supervising producer. Ricky Kirschner and Glenn Weiss of White Cherry are executive producers. The special is directed by recent Emmy Award winner Glenn Weiss.
