SULLIVAN'S POLICE CORRUPTION CASE NEARS CLIMAX WHILE TERRORIST BOMB PROMPTS DESPERATE SEARCH -- Officer Sullivan (Skipp Sudduth) goes for broke in his case against corrupt Captain C.T. Finney (guest star Charles Haid, "Hill Street Blues," who also directs). Meanwhile, the murder investigation of Officer Davis' (Coby Bell) dad reaches a deadly climax. When a bomb blows up a diner, Sergeant Cruz (Tia Texada) teams with a handsome federal investigator (as Rice, guest star Mykelti Williamson) to search for the terrorists they believe are responsible. Elsewhere, Carlos (Anthony Ruivivar) gets a hard lesson in love when he suspects his girlfriend Levine (Yvonne Jung) is injured in the blast while Detective Yokas (Molly Price) visits the recuperating Bosco (Jason Wiles). Cara Buono, Nia Long and Josh Stewart also star.
