JOHN AND KATE TRY TO KEEP UP WITH THEIR NEW HIP, YOUNG NEIGHBORS IN ORDER FOR MILES TO BE FRIENDS WITH THEIR COOL SON, ON "CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE," WEDNESDAY, JAN. 19

"The New Neighbors" -- When Miles befriends the new kid next door, John and Kate bend over backwards to bond with the boy's very young parents in order to cement the relationship, on CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE, Wednesday, Jan. 19 (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Terry Hughes directed the episode from a teleplay by Billy Van Zandt and Jane Milmore and story by Shira Zelzter.

In order to help Miles have a cool friend, Kate and John find themselves at rock concerts and staying up way past their bedtime in order to hang out with his young parents. However, their attempt at "hip-ness" turns out to be in vain when they discover the neighbors have a party and don't invite them. Meanwhile, Tommy decides to confront Art on the history of their relationship.
