MICHAEL HAS TROUBLE KEEPING SILENT AT JAY'S YOGA AND MEDITATION WEEKEND, ON ABC'S "MY WIFE AND KIDS"

"Silence is Golden" - When a reluctant Michael accompanies Jay on her yoga and meditation weekend, much to Jay's embarrassment, he has trouble with one of the main rules of the retreat -- keeping silent -- on "My Wife and Kids," TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 8 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"My Wife and Kids" stars Damon Wayans as Michael Kyle, Tisha Campbell-Martin as Jay Kyle, George O. Gore II as Jr., Jennifer Freeman as Claire Kyle, Parker McKenna Posey as Kady Kyle, Noah Gray-Cabey as Franklin, Andrew McFarlane as Tony and Brooklyn Sudano as Vanessa.

Guest starring are T.J. Thyne as Bodhi, Jennifer Elise Cox as Nance, Louise Heath as woman no. 1 and Timothy McNeil as man no. 1.

"Silence is Golden" was written and directed by Kim Wayans.

"My Wife and Kids" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.
