CRUZ FIGHTS AMBITIOUS GANG LEADER AND YOKAS BATTLES 'VAMPIRES'; WYCLEF JEAN GUEST-STARS -- While a smooth but murderous gang chieftain (guest star Wyclef Jean) continues his quest to unite fellow gang members under his leadership, Sergeant Cruz (Tia Texada) seeks to lock him up for good if she can convince a boy to testify against him - and Detective Yokas (Molly Price) investigates a sickening vampire cult in the disappearance of a teenaged girl. But when Yokas exchanges cross words with Dante (guest star Luke Robertson) - the head vampire - the case becomes all too personal. Meanwhile, the competitive Bosco (Jason Wiles) eagerly returns to patrol with a vengeance while paired with an apprehensive Sully (Skipp Sudduth). Coby Bell, Cara Buono and Bonnie Dennison, also star.
