Alan takes Charlie to meet with his sexy and determined attorney, Laura (Locklear), after Judith expresses concern over Jake spending weekends and holidays at his house. When Charlie and Laura end up in bed together, he�s thrilled to find out that she�s comfortable with his dating other women. She only has one request -- that he be with her whenever she wants. Charlie loves the idea until Laura begins taking advantage of the situation. But when he tries to get out of the arrangement, it�s Alan who suffers.
