Gibbs is called to search for his old commanding officer, Marine Colonel Will Ryan (guest star Terry O�Quinn), who defected from Iraq with $2 million dollars. But Gibbs is convinced there�s more to the story and with the help of his NCIS team, he sets out to exonerate his former comrade.
