JIM'S CLAIM THAT MEN ARE BETTER COMPETITORS THAN WOMEN BUT IS HUMBLED WHEN A WOMAN BEATS HIM IN A HOT DOG EATING CONTEST, ON ABC'S "ACCORDING TO JIM"

"The Competition" - Jim, certain he will win the annual hot dog eating contest, is humiliated when instead he loses to a petit woman (Suzy Nakamura), and his problems are further compounded when Andy decides to date the female champion, on "According to Jim" TUESDAY, APRIL 19 (9:00-9:30 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"According to Jim" stars Jim Belushi as Jim, Courtney Thorne-Smith as Cheryl, Kimberly Williams as Dana, Larry Joe Campbell as Andy, Taylor Atelian as Ruby, Billi Bruno as Gracie and Conner Rayburn as Kyle.

Guest-starring are Suzy Nakamura as Yoki, John Rubano as John, Tony Braunagel as Tony, Charlie Hartsock as Charlie, Doug Cameron as host and Matthew Jones as paramedic.

"The Competition" is written by Daniel Egan and directed by Lynn McCracken.

"According to Jim" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.
