Renowned Event Planner Colin Cowie to Design Wedding

They fell in love on �Survivor;� he proposed on the live finale; audiences have followed their relationship on �The Amazing Race;� and now they will get married on a primetime network special. �Survivor� and �The Amazing Race�s� Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich will be wed in a special television event �ROB AND AMBER GET MARRIED,� Tuesday, May 24 (9:00 � 11:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The special will include a behind the scenes look at the preparation for the wedding filmed at Atlantis, Paradise Island in The Bahamas, special surprises that they planned for each other, her bridal shower, their bachelor and bachelorette parties, their rehearsal dinner, the wedding ceremony and reception, among other events.

Rob Mariano is best known as a former castaway on both �Survivor: Marquesas� and �Survivor: All-Stars,� on which he was the runner-up. Amber Brkich was a castaway on �Survivor: The Australian Outback� and was the winner of �Survivor: All-Stars� for which she received a $1 million prize. Television viewers had the opportunity to see their relationship blossom in front of the cameras when it began on �Survivor: All Stars,� where they were members of the same tribe. Mariano proposed to Brkich during the live finale of that season on May 9, 2004 at Madison Square Garden. Rob and Amber are currently contestants on the seventh season of �The Amazing Race.�

Colin Cowie is a renowned event planner, and his company Colin Cowie Lifestyle is regarded as one of the premier event design and production companies in the world. He has produced weddings, parties and charity events around the globe. His celebrity weddings include those of Jerry Seinfeld, Kelsey Grammer, Lisa Kudrow, Jenny McCarthy, Sela Ward, Sugar Ray Leonard and Barry Bonds, among others.
